The Agents of Change Program at York University supports innovative student-led initiatives that address the Social Determinants of Health (SDH) and contribute to the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Through mentorship, training, and start-up funding, the program empowers students to transform ideas into real-world impact.
Our team, the Displacement & Health Relief Network (DHRN), is proud to be part of the 2025–2026 Agents of Change cohort. We are filling a critical gap at York — there has never been a student-led Agents of Change project focused directly on forced migration and displacement.
